Credit Use
These are the different operations that users can do inside the OptiSurface Designer software. Many operations are FREE as shown below. When users want to carry out operations that require OptiSurface Credits, they will use Credits stored on their machine, which are transferred there via activation codes.

We provide you full details in our Membership Area to get your software installed and activated. We also show you how to access the Technical Training & Support as well as the Sales and Marketing Support based on your chosen plan.

We Invoice You & Recharge Your Account On The Schedule Of Your Plan
Each quarter we will recharge your webstore account based on your chosen plan and invoice you for that amount.
If you run out of credits and require recharging before your quarterly recharge, then email us requesting earlier recharge. We will recharge your account, invoice you and we will not send you an invoice in the following quarter.

Does OptiSurface software require a recurring payment to continue to use the software?
No! OptiSurface Software licence is yours to run forever. So if you do a design today and want to review it in 5 years you can. You still need to pay for additional acres you process as normal and upgrades may require you to purchase a minimum amount of credits/acres.
Do you provide support if I get stuck using OptiSurface software?
Of course! Our friendly support team are available to help you through your issues. The level of support changes depending on the plan you select above.
Who owns my clients and designs built with OptiSurface software?
As you win clients and generate designs using OptiSurface, you have full control. The designs are stored on your computer and you have full control over interaction with your clients. We may send promotional material to your clients if they have subscribed to our email list. This promotional material will be designed to enhance your prospects of selling more services to them.
Can I just get the OptiSurface software and not sign up to a partner plan and what is the difference?
You can just get the software but our partner plans offers the software and credits for a lower price than is available to regular users plus you get many benefits designed to help consultants and contractors sell and deliver better services to their clients. The benefits are listed in the plans table above and are much more than simply access to the software.
